Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay when submitting my request?
No. Payment is requested after we assign a technician. Your appointment is confirmed only after our team confirms the slot and receives the required payment.
What does “No Access” mean?
No Access means the technician cannot safely disassemble or diagnose the appliance because of insufficient access. Washers and dryers may need access at the top and rear. Built-in wall ovens may require side access for removal and diagnosis. Tell us about access restrictions in the form; when offered, adding a photo is recommended but optional. If No Access prevents service upon arrival, the $75 service call fee is retained under the terms accepted during booking.
What if a second technician is needed?
We will let you know before your appointment if an additional technician is necessary. Additional labor may increase the price, and we will share the added cost for your approval in advance.
Does the $75 go toward the repair?
Yes. The diagnostic fee is applied toward the repair if you choose to proceed.
